It would be difficult to say “what” in particular, “we did like” to address your question and to begin with. For, everything we discovered and experienced in this hotel has been above average qualitatively, based on our experience of two vacation trips a year, essentially in Italy and in the United States of America, knowing we live in Switzerland. See the other comments, which each emphasize one or several positive points, characteristics and other features; with a tiny minority of negative points we failed to see or experience, remarkably. But, we acknowledge we didn't thoroughly inspect our bedroom to see whether, actually, we missed to spot a bit of dust somewhere. What else could we possibly say that could be useful to you if you plan to try your luck with this hotel? The building and its architectural style are pleasant, quiet, calm, modern and spotless; our bedroom and its balcony the more so. The staff is always pleasant to interact with: never too formal; rather friendly, which we much appreciated. The quality of service is flawless. Usually, we, like many, give a notation of 9 on 10 when we are very happy, in case we find even “better than perfect” some day. Finally, we found it with this hotel; to which, yes, we give 1 point more to reach this 10 on 10 because… of its price/quality ratio, toward the end of July furthermore! Indeed, we know from long experience that we'll have a hard time finding elsewhere the same quality for the same price.

Pool was great, nische on reception was exceptional at his job and very welcoming and friendly, reception were very helpful ordering taxis for us, Nathaniel at the bar was also excellent, drinks at the bar were lovely, lovely ambiance in the hotel, room was cleaned every day and they did a great job, would definitely stay in this hotel again, thank you

Everything was perfect. The hotel and the room exceeded our expectations. The staff in particular were super nice and everyone always had a smile for us. Breakfast was tasty and with good variety. Good parking. Very nice bathroom with a good shower and relaxing tub. Room was ample and super clean. Big bed. Nice decor. We talked with the cleaning staff which were also really nice and made us feel welcomed. You could see they were quite through when you came back later at night. We had a studio and had everything we needed for cooking. It was actually difficult to leave, haha. We were so comfortable here. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from and the space was enough for all guests not to rush and eat fast. The swimming pool was smaller than expected, but it was enough and not overcrowded. The room was quite big, with balcony and a tea set, mini fridge, smart tv.

Great breakfast, nice desserts. Lindt chocolate was gone by the time we saw it :D but we tried another chocolate which was also good. You could fill your croissant with it. Good tea selection. The personnel is smiley and welcoming. There are desks for work in the big spacious hall. The room has big balcony with table and chairs. Elevator was always there, no need to wait for it. Big parking. We would come back.

The location of the hotel was good for us, being half way between Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We found the bed especially good as it was not bouncy with two people. The breakfast selection is extensive and very tasty. The pool is has a very nice whirlpool feature and the gym is well equipped. Parking was easy directly in front.
